Slippery, provocative, mysterious.... **Banksy**, the British artist whose identity is still unknown, is considered one of the main contemporary street art icons. In Philadelphia, an "unauthorized" Banksy’s exhibition lets visitors **dive into the controversial artistic universe** of the most influential creator of present time.
80 genuine & authenticated artworks

The exhibition will **include over 80 original works**, sculptures, installations, videos and photos including the now classics of the artist (presumed to be British). These pieces come from private collections and - with the collaboration of Lilley Fine Art / Contemporary Art Gallery - **will be exhibited in Philadelphia** for the first time!
A multisensory artistic installation & VR experience

An impressive 360º multimedia installation, created especially for this exhibition, will welcome visitors, revealing clues of the mystery artist and highlighting his most important pieces. In addition, you will be able to experience a virtual reality journey through the artist’s career.

Passionate about art: stop everything! It's official, It’s official Philadelphia is hosting “ Banksy Was Here : The Exhibition”, The new interactive exhibition dedicated to the famous and enigmatic British artist. The experience is designed as an immersion in the mysterious universe of the Bristol street artist and offers a unique journey through more than 80 genuine and certified works on loan from private collectors from all over the world. The exhibition offers a unique Virtual Reality experience that gives a new dimension to the artist's works and takes you on a multisensory journey to the heart of the work of the mysterious master of the streets, of which no one is indifferent.

Fashion District Philadelphia (Venue is located on the northwest corner of 9th and Market St. Entrance is on Market St.)

Does the exhibition take place indoors or outdoors?

The exhibition takes place indoors.

How long does the exhibition last?

The visit lasts between 60 and 80 minutes.

Does the exhibit meet social distancing and health security standards?

The exhibit fully meets health security and social distancing standards against COVID-19. You will find detailed security measures here.

Are the works in the exhibition original and certified?

The exhibition features over 80 genuine and certified works from a private collection.

Is the exhibit authorized by Banksy?

No, Banksy does not authorize any exhibition of his works. The exhibition presents original, authenticated and certified works belonging to an international private collection. Authenticated works are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Can we buy the works during the exhibition?

No, the works belong to a private collection and are not for sale. However, there will be a gift shop with catalogs and other items related to the exhibition.

Does the experience include an audio guide?

Yes it does! It is free and works on Android devices, so if you want to access it please bring your own pair of headphones.

Will it be a parking onsite?

There will be valet parking available onsite. You can check the conditions here.

Is the exhibit suitable for children?

This event is suitable for all ages. Entrance for children under 4 is free.

Do I have to arrive at the time indicated on my ticket or do I have to be early?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time limits indicated on your ticket. However, you can arrive within 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket remains valid. However, you may have to wait for a seat to become available in the following slots.

What are the prohibited items during the exhibition?

Flash photography, alcohol and anything else that might disturb other visitors.

Can I smoke or vape during the exhibition?

Are toilets available on site?

No, but there are publics toilets inside of the Fashion District.

Does the exhibition have access for people with reduced mobility?

The Banksy Expo is wheelchair accessible.

TICKETS

Where can I buy my tickets?

Tickets can be bought either on the Fever website or directly in the exhibition.

Who are the offical sellers of the “Banksy Was Here : The Exhibition” in Philadelphia?

Official tickets for the exhibition “Banksy Was Here : The Exhibition” in Philadelphia are available exclusively on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other site or ticketing platform. Tickets can also be bought onsite.

Can I postpone my tickets to another date / time, or upgrade / downgrade my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, it is possible to transfer tickets to the person of your choice for free. Click “Share my tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need help. Be sure to include the order number for your tickets and keep in mind that response times can be a few days.

What is your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase.

Do I have to print my ticket?

No, all of our tickets are contactless. These will be validated directly from the Fever mobile application.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

VARIOUS

Do I have to wear a mask?

Mask use is not mandatory during the experience, but we highly encourage it for the safety and comfort of everyone.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, as long as you don’t use flash. Please feel free to share your photos and videos on Instagram by mentioning the exhibition account (@banksy.expo). When taking photos, be sure not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
